VibeSync does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. All user interactions, haptic pattern selections, and app settings are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to any external servers.

2. Use of HealthKit (Apple Watch)

Our Apple Watch application uses the HealthKit framework for a specific technical purpose:

• Purpose: We utilize HealthKit to initiate and maintain a "Workout Session" while the app is active.
• Background Operation: This allows the app to continue providing rhythmic haptic feedback (vibrations) and keep the connection active even when the watch screen is off or the user lowers their wrist.
• Privacy Commitment: VibeSync does NOT access, read, write, or collect any of your sensitive health data (such as heart rate, calories, steps, or activity rings). We only use the HealthKit API to ensure a stable and continuous background experience for your haptic sessions.

3. In-App Purchases

All financial transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your credit card information or billing address. We only receive a confirmation from Apple regarding your subscription status to unlock premium features.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not share any data with third-party services. The app operates as a standalone tool to enhance your tactile experience.
